Monitor conversations

The Inbox shows every conversation across your chatbots in real time. Open one to read the full exchange, with the visitor's contact details and status alongside it.

Take over from the bot

  1. 1

    Open a live chat

    Select a conversation in the Inbox. Active bot-handled chats are marked with a BOT status.
  2. 2

    Click “Take Over”

    Hit Take Over to pause the bot and reply as a human. The visitor now talks to you directly.
  3. 3

    Close when done

    When the issue is resolved, Close the conversation to wrap it up.
